All Jeulia items are made-to-order. For every piece in our collection, the estimated processing time is listed on the product page. Add the processing time to the shipping time for an estimate as to when you will receive your order.
Processing Time
The estimated processing time is listed on the product page, some popular styles can be shipped out in 1-3 working days, while engraved or custom orders may take up to 15-20 working days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification to your PayPal email address notifying you of your tracking details and projected delivery date.

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all items to United States – including Alaska and Hawaii. For faster shipping service, you can upgrade to one of our Expedited Shipping options.

- Expedited Shipping cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses. We could only ship to P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO) address via Free Shipping method.
- Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Deliveries may take longer, especially before holidays or due to weather, and shipping to Alaska and Hawaii takes additional business days.
International Shipping
All orders shipping internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs and duties put into place by that country. Rinxe Jewelry is not associated with these fees. All fees are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery.

*Please note that when the carrier returns an Undeliverable package because of address problem to us, you will be charged for reshipping costs, if you require refund.
